The last time I interviewed Matthew Lillard was for Scooby Doo. He played Shaggy and a very convincing Shaggy at that. In the new Alexander Payne movie, The Descendants, Mr Lillard plays a character at the center of the plot. He has an affair with George Clooney’s wife in the movie which leads to the opening banter from Lillard in the interview below.

The movie The Descendants is another gem from Payne, with Clooney fantastic as a struggling father who is trying to sell some land and re-connect with his daughters.

Matthew Lillard from Scream and Scooby Doo fame is a good sport as we chat about his career, his sex symbolism in the 90′s and cutting George Clooney’s grass.

As the world laments the sudden divorce of Kim Kardashian and basketballer Kris Humphries I set out to get a number of people’s insight and opinion on this issue. This marriage was something people held deeply within their television cable boxes and their hearts. Obviously no one expected these two young lovers to ever end their union.

This gentleman is a pundit on all things Hollywood, who fittingly goes by the handle, “Hollywood”. This divorce was such breaking news that even Hollywood didn’t know what was going on in Hollywood and is shocked to hear the news.

It’s a beautiful building that is surrounded by the world’s media and stinking happy campers, getting in early for the prime viewing spot. People from all over Britain, Canada and the US have been camped out for days, all sharing the one toilet and taking it in turns to find a shower for a quick scrub.

I caught up with my favorite guy who decided he needed to drink beer while laying on the ground outside one of the world’s most famous buildings. Lucky for him he had a blow up bed someone gave him.

I saw Inception and I concentrated hard. I had talked to friends who are really smart and they said it was tough to follow. I had forgone my beers over lunch, smashed a red bull and went in to the theatre with a similar look on my face to when I am on the toilet or getting the sun in my eyes. I was focused. By the end of the movie I thought I had a grasped the concept but decided to get some clarification from a film expert out side the New York Times building on 41st street. He also has some great points on the saturation of 3D movies hitting movie theatres. A true intellect.
