With the ending of this season’s American Idol I tracked down some interviews I did in March with the final two Lee Dewyze and Crystal Bowersox. This has been an underwhelming American Idol. Maybe because it was recognizable that Simon Cowell had checked out and was just showing up to collect the check. When your biggest attraction knows to jump ship you know there must be something wrong with it. And his job is to know what is hot or not!
