WATCH VIDEO BELOW. Alex O’Loughlin is an Aussie fella who has been on American television for the last 4 years. I first saw him in one of my favorite shows THE SHIELD. He then went on and did some CBS shows, Moonlight and Three Rivers; two shows that made him a minor TV star although the shows were not successful. Opening this week across America is a movie starring him and Jennifer Lopez. It’s called the Back Up Plan and looks like the type of movie where I will take the Mrs.
Later in the year Alex will be appearing as Steve McGarrett in the remake of the legendary TV show, Hawaii Five-O.
CLICK on the interview below to watch two Aussie hearthrobs chat…well one of them is a hearthrob….the fella on the left I reckon!

I think this was one of the best and funniest interviews of Alex I have ever seen. I have watched it so many times and you both were so good together. I have been a big fan of Alex since the very first episode of Moonllight and have watched most of his prior work and he is a wonderful actor and so believable in all his roles. More importantly, he seems like such a genuine, intelligent and humble person which I suspect are Aussie characteristics. He really seemed so comfortable with you and obviously enjoyed himself. I was fortunate to meet Alex when he was in NY filming The Back Up Plan and he is so kind and considerate to his fans also. I have seen The Back Up Plan several times and Alex is so wonderful in this movie – you can’t take your eyes away from him. I have also now become a fan of Jennier Lopez because of this movie. Thanks for this great interview
